Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued for plans in case if Foxtraut Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 15 days of the plans.

In an event where there are one or more resolved issues, the Plan fees for the service will not be refundable. Notwithstanding this clause, Foxtraut Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may, at its sole discretion and on a special case basis, agree to furnish refund of the Plan fees after deducting applicable charges for servicing the customer.

For users of incident based plans, they will be eligible for refunds, in case of any of the following criterions are satisfied:

(a) The user meets all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and issue was not resolved during the time the user’s account was active.

(b) The issue is out of the scope for a particular plans.

(c) A period of 15 days have passed once the issue was last worked upon with an Foxtraut Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. technician without any resolution
